Our Wedding Cake Service
If you're looking to order a wedding cake that is unique and special like your journey as a couple then you are looking in the right place! At Handmade by Hannah in Leicester, we offer a bespoke individual Wedding Cake Design Service. Hannah is massively experienced at designing, baking and decorating wedding cakes and always goes above and beyond to create the perfect wedding cake for her customers.

STEP ONE:
Yay! You're getting married! Now to think about ordering a wedding cake!
If you feel that you are ready to start discussing your wedding cake, or just want to find out a little more about me, then the best thing to do is get in touch!

Firstly, I will need to check my availability for your wedding date and then get some basic information about your special day so we can start the ball (or wedding cake!) rolling.
Details about the number of guests you would like to serve with your
wedding cake, the style of wedding cake you would like and your choice of wedding venue will allow me to provide you with a rough guide to price.
If you're happy with the costing and would like to secure your wedding cake booking with me, you can do so by placing a £75 deposit. You can then arrange your complimentary online cake consultation and choose flavours for your free Wedding Cake sample Box!
If you would prefer to try before you buy, you can order one of my four flavour cake tasting boxes for £25. This will be deducted from you final invoice if you choose to order you wedding cake with me.
Step Two:
After securing your wedding cake order with me, we can arrange a convenient time for an online consultation (or telephone/video call if you prefer). Before we have our consultation, I will have arranged for one of my delicious wedding cake sampler boxes to be delivered to you by post. You will be able to choose four different flavours from my extensive wedding cake samples menu. If you're looking for inspiration for flavours for your wedding cake then take a look here!

Prior to our chat, I will also ask you for examples of any colour schemes that you may already have chosen and for any themes or inspiration that might feature in your wedding planning so far.

Please don't worry if you have no ideas about the sort of wedding cake you might like. It is pretty common for people to be completely bamboozled by the sheer wealth of cake options available. Talking about cakes is something I find pretty easy to do, so I will welcome the chance to chat with you about how you would like your wedding cake to look, how it will fit in with your wedding venue and compliment the rest of your special day. You are in safe hands!

Once we have discussed the design of your ideal wedding cake in detail I will be able to provide you with a finalised, customised wedding cake quote.

Step 3

Around 4 weeks before your wedding date, I will be in touch to go over all of the details and check carefully through your cake order. If you have chosen for me to deliver and set up the cake at your wedding venue, this will give me the opportunity to confirm delivery times and coordinate the cake set up.
Your remaining balance will be due for payment 14 days before your wedding day with your booking deposit having been deducted from the total cost.
With all of the details confirmed you can leave the hard work to me and look forward to having your wedding cake and eating it!!
